Administration of said funds shall be subject to all the restrictions, limitations, requirements and other provisions of Chapter 42.26 RCW and accounting procedures as required by the Division of Municipal Corporation of the Office of the Washington State Auditor. (Ord. 1735 § 4, 1989)
