A. Without affecting the validity and requirements of any other provisions in this chapter or any other title or chapter relating to business regulations, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all persons who propose to or carry on business and all businesses in Lynnwood.

B. In addition to complying with the requirements of this chapter, persons, businesses or business activities that are governed specifically by other chapters in this title shall comply with the requirements in those other chapters prior to and while engaging in or carrying on business in the city, as applicable.
