A first-time general business and/or home occupation business license fee per license issued, in the amount established by Chapter 3.104 LMC, shall accompany an application for business license. This fee shall apply to all new businesses to the city of Lynnwood, whether or not that application is the result of sufficient change in an existing license so as to require its replacement.
