The licenses provided for in this chapter are subject to the general provisions of the Lynnwood Municipal Code set forth in Chapter 5.04 LMC as now or hereafter amended. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of Chapter 5.04 LMC and this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
