A. It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to be in or upon any premises for which an adult entertainment premises license is required.

B. It is unlawful for any owner, operator, manager, or other person in charge of a premises for which an adult entertainment premises license is required to knowingly permit or allow any person under the age of 18 years to be in or upon such premises.
