It shall be unlawful to conduct, operate, or maintain a public body scrub facility unless such establishment is licensed as herein provided and is covered by a liability insurance policy in a minimum amount of $300,000. The licensee shall notify the director in writing of any cancellation of said insurance policy within three days of receiving notice that the required policy has been canceled.
