The violation of or failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance. The city may seek legal or equitable relief to enjoin any act or practice which constitutes or will constitute a violation of any regulation herein adopted. (Ord. 3343 § 1 (Exh.
