A. Violations of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not over $100.00 for each violation, or imprisonment for 30 days, or both.

B. As an alternative to the penalty stated in subsection (A) of this section, the city may pursue any other penalty or remedy for violations of this chapter authorized by the city code or other law, including but not limited to the procedures and penalties authorized under Chapters 1.40 and 10.08 LMC.
