Any appeal to superior court must be timely filed, or is thereafter barred. The decision must be appealed no more than 21 calendar days from the date on which a land use decision is issued. The date of issue is three calendar days after mailing (see LMC 1.35.733). The cost to produce any record, including a transcript of any public hearing, shall be paid by the appellant.
