A. The goals for major employers in Lynnwood are hereby established as set forth in the CTR plan incorporated by LMC 11.14.020.

B. If the goals for a major employer or newly affected employer are not listed in the CTR plan, they shall be established by the city at a level designed to achieve the city’s overall goals, and for other areas as designated by the city. The city shall provide written notification of the goals for each major employer worksite by providing the information when the city reviews the employer’s proposed program and incorporating the goals into the program approved by the city.
