The city adopts the Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington prepared by the Washington State Department of Ecology per the deadlines specified in the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit. This manual provides technical and administrative procedures to assist the end user in the methods to be used, the level of detail of analysis required, and other technical details for implementation of, and compliance with, the provisions of this chapter.
