Because of potential impacts to surface water systems, a permit application for any land clearing in excess of one-eighth of an acre shall be submitted to the department of public works for processing as required by LMC 2.44.040. (Ord. 3443 § 1, 2023; Ord. 2833 § 2, 2010)
