A. All stormwater site plans listed in LMC 13.40.070 shall be submitted for review by and approval of the public works department in accordance with the procedures established in the stormwater manual and as required by LMC 2.44.040.

B. At the time of approval of the stormwater site plan for the subject property, a schedule for inspection of construction and facilities will be established by the public works department. (Ord. 3443 § 1, 2023; Ord. 2833 § 2, 2010)
