Any person willfully violating any provision of this title, except Chapter 14.60 LMC, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding $1,000, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
