A. The administration of vacation, sick leave and holiday pay under the benefits program for regular part-time employees shall be in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 2.54 LMC, exclusive of LMC 2.54.035, Shared Leave, which is not included in this benefits program.

B. Vacation, sick leave and holiday pay for regular part-time employees shall be calculated and provided on a pro-rata basis as set forth in LMC 2.49.060.

C. The administration is authorized to develop guidelines for implementation of this benefits program.
