Lighting in off-street parking areas shall be arranged so as to not constitute a nuisance or hazard to passing traffic. Where lots share a common boundary with any residential-zoned property, and where any RM zone lot shares a boundary with an RS zone, the illumination shall be directed away from the more restrictively classified property.
